For over 35 years our bi-monthly magazine, La Posta: A Journal of American Postal History, has published informative research by the leading students of U. S. postal history. Each 80-page issue is filled with interesting articles, discussion of timely topics, and collecting tips. In addition, through its display and classified ads and auctions, La Posta has become an important source for collectors and dealers to buy, sell or trade postal history material. La Posta subscribers are also afforded the opportunity to buy and sell duplicate and unwanted postal history items in Subscribers' Auctions conducted three or four times each year. Each auction contains over 500 lots and includes cards and covers from all states and territories, as well as such topics as Railway Post Offices; Rural Free Delivery; Military, Air and Naval covers; Machine Cancels; Expositions; Unusual Stamps on cover; Auxiliary Markings; and Advertising Covers. Consignors are charged a 20% commission only on items that sell successfully. In addition to our journal we publish a ever-growing list of books and monographs related to American postal history, and in recent years we have begun making selected reference works available as e-books.
